மண் வாசனை

For someone who hated anything sweet .. I found myself falling in love with a hometown delicacy called the ‘கருப்பட்டி’ or palm jaggery. Little did I know I was in for a series of discoveries... first the kaapi, (Coffee is a word, ‘kaapi’ is an emotion) then with a side of panna kizhangu, some panniyaram and later, sarkarai pongal straight from the temple. I’ve been including karupatti in my everyday kaapi for the past month.. and I LOVE IT ❤. But the real love story started when I found these beautiful earthen cups from the lost world of my amma’s kitchen cabinet. அந்த மண் வாசனையோடு கருப்பட்டியின் மனம் இருக்கே!! ஆகா !!..It took my heart straight to my hometown.
